I hate to admit but recently I became slightly addicted to League of legends (computer game), yup deleting it by spring...
anyways I was at work yesterday from 11-9, with a huge break in between. I lied down on the floor as i was tired. I started drifting off a bit, and was in a semi awake/very semi asleep state. I kept noticing my subconscious's minds urge to pull up imagery from league of legends. And I realized I was actually interacting and playing the game in my head, trying to score a nice kill, using abilities of my character. This would go on for about 30-60seconds, i would realize I was doing it, it would stop, and start up again.
My point is that the more you think about something throughout the day, the more it becomes auto suggestion in grained into your subconscious. So yes writing before bed, but to intensify it, thinking about your writing periodcially through out the day.
