Hi all,
I am subscribing to this forum because first, I'd like to learn to LD and second, because the methods to LD are very good for my insomnia 
I am now writing down my worries before I go to sleep -> then I stop thinking about it. It helps me sleep a lot better.
I can recall many dreams, so it seems I am on the right track for LD.
To get into LD, I am using the methods of DILD and MILD. I can't use methods that require to wake up at night (would take too much time to go back to sleep) or nap during daytime as I am not able to do that.
I've wrote down my dreams since Jan 2nd! I was not doing this prior to reading on this forum.
I will keep practicing, and one day I'll have a Livid dream, I am sure
