Are you already not well-rested (currently suffering from sleep deprivation)? This could be only getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night when you normally sleep around 8 if you can.
If the answer is yes, I would suggest getting a good night's rest (for a few nights) and see if the situation corrects itself.
If you are already very well rested, then seeing your general practitioner is not necessarily a bad idea. Keep in mind, however, that your GP may not know what the problem is, and may refer you to a specialist, which can end up being a big mess--especially if the specialist also doesn't know and makes a guess (I'm slightly distrustful of physicians :/)
