Hey guys; haven't been on the forums in a long time but I have continued lucid dreaming in my absence. A recent trick has been getting me great success, and I figured I'd hop on to share it. |

I really like this! I recognize this phenomenon and I really think this will work for me as well. I'll post some results in a while. |

Great to hear, InnerVision! Let me know how it goes. |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
Add to that list: |

I don't like to use time when RCing, because my mind has a vast knowledge of cake memories and can make it super believable. |
|
The bigger the list, the better. Some RC work best for one person while others do for other, it is about finding that sweet spot. Hand check and gravity check are the bests for me. |
