      I'm new HELP!!

      I found out about Lucid Dreaming 3 days ago and I want it to happen but I also don't .
      Usually how long is Lucid Dreams??

      I dont want to go through the paralysis stage if I force myself to wake up or even in general!!!!

      Please Help and Thank you guys! 😄😥
