Thread: This cannot be happening in waking life

Sometimes you get one of those days when you got to RC because surely this cannot be happening in waking life. I don't recall waking life being that skrewed up. So you RC, but surely the RC must have failed because it did not prove that this is just a dream. So could it be that my RC incorrectly showed that this is reality. Yup, that's probably it. Someday I am going to wake up from this dream, and then I will laugh at how thoroughly this dream fooled me into believing it was real. I mean the dream signs are there: strong emotions, people acting out of character, hare brained schemes that should not ever be proposed, things that were said in jest as satire of expectations turning out to be correct. Maybe those Tibetan Buddhists are right after all, and this is all a dream, and I am one day closer to enlightenment.

There's certainly some truth to that! Now, if it were really a dream, how would you go about it?

thinking to myself: This is a dream so, whatever just happened doesn't matter and I can make my own mood!

I had something happen to me today that made me question if I even woke up. I was doing p90x and I've watched the DVD so much I essentially memorized all the moves and how long they are, so at the beginning I have to do jumping jacks, and It was taking longer than usual and he kept saying "a few more seconds" like at least twelve times like reality was skipping like a scratched DVD, after I questioned reality I yelled at the t.v. because tony horton is a liar, I did like 2 minutes more of jumping jacks than usual, not a fricking "few more seconds"..
I know this is a bad example but it seriously freaked me out and question reality

I also had to do some RCs last night when I checked my email to find that my sister is actually going through with her plan to move to Equador! She's been planning it for years and buying books about "how to leave the US" etc, but now that she owns a big house she's only lived in for a year I thought she'd probably just kind of forget about it. But she says she's putting the house up for sale and now her son, who is just out of high school and as far as I know unemployed, can fend for himself. I have this bad feeling he's going to end up needing to stay with me, with all his delinquent friends hanging around all the time.

But I do actually seem to be fully awake - wait, one last check just to make sure - nope. Not a dream.

I am so sorry. It does sound rather bleak. However, just to add a bit of amusement value, I first misread your sentence to read that she is putting up both her house and her unemployed son for sale, and it occurred to me that he would probably not raise a lot of money when sold.

Happened a couple of times as well, i recall one when i found out release date for Akashicverse, which i was waiting on for a good while, made me do RC to be sure, haha.

Oh yea, reality seems so screw up sometimes, I wonder if I am in a dream, or if I am in a coma ) I've accidently hit my head often enough when I was younger for it to be a possibility. Seriously maybe if at least half of the population on earth would realized it's a shared dream we could actually do something about it.
