, I understand your enthusiasm for WILD. It is a wonderful technique, and the attempts can be as much fun as lucids thmemselves.
SP is paralysis, when you can't move at all. We all have it after we start to dream, so we don't act out our dreams and get hurt. Sometimes, some people can feel this before they should, when it kicks in before dream, or when you wake up and SP fails to end, for a few seconds you can be in SP. I have had it only twice in my whole life, but never when I was WILDing. You are quite unlikely to get SP when WILDing.
Now, the sensations you can have when WILDing are not SP. The tingling and anything else you may feel, hear or see are hallucinations.
Yes, if you are scared, you may have a scary experience. But if you keep thinking about spongebob, then you may have a hallucination about him. But you also may not have any hallucination.
I can recommend a WILD by sageous tutorial, that is part of his WILD class, also here in DV Academy. Read it and if you have WILD questions, he will be happy to answer and guide on your quest, just make a workbook in his class.
I would be happy to talk to you about WILD, but he really is the expert and his tutorial is the best thing you can read about WILDing.
While you do that, you can also practice for DILDs Collection of techniques for DILD ( I forgat to link you this one in my previous post, sorry). And after reading sageouse's tutorial, you will see, that many of what he teaches is also valid for DILDs and other methods.
So if you feel like doing DILD also, just post your progress and questions here, I'll be happy to answer. happy dreams
