Amazing Reality check i just heard of!!!

So i was browsing youtube looking for tips on lucid dreaming anything to help and i came across a video on reality checks. well as you may know a lot of reality check require movement, Looking at your hand, pinching your nose, looking at a mirror... ect. those all require some form of movement. well this video told me about a reality check that you do not have to move at all and i thought it was pretty cool. Its called the blindfold reality check. all you have to do is wear a blindfold or sleeping mask and go to sleep if you can see in a dream well guess what your dreaming. you just have to train yourself to use that as a reality check. This is also very good for False awakenings. if you wake up and can see.. Guess what? duh your dreaming lol. I thought this RC was really really cool and i just had to share it

But when you are dreaming, you usually don't dream about go to sleep with or without the sleeping mask to be able to recognize it as a sign, so in order to use it in any dream scenario, you would have to keep that mask on your face whole and every day so you would get use to it and know that you normally don't see during the day in any situation, and so when you will be dreaming about anything and you will be able to see , than you would realize that you are dreaming because you wouldn't see anything if this is not a dream, because you normally don't see anything when you are not dreaming, if you would train your self like that.

If you only use that mask for sleeping than you would recognize it as a sign only when you gonna be dreaming about you lying into bed with that mask on and be able to see through it...

Good point.. I never thought of it that way.. though this would be a good way to tell for false awakenings
