A few weeks ago, I started trying out some lucidity induction with music. The routine I use is to get up around 4 or 5 in the morning using an alarm, stay awake for an hour or two, then returning to sleep with headphones and a CD player left on repeat. My experiments continue, and I may post updates here for those who may be interested in my progress. Or people who want to try it themselves are welcome to discuss tips and ideas here as well.
So far I have not yet achieved proper lucidity using this method, but it's early days still, and I will persevere when I have spare days.
