So I've been on and off with both marijuana and lucid dreaming. It doesn't really affect me so much except for recall. I just find because of the whole process of obtaining it with its illegality, it takes me from performing RC's and maintaining ADA. I do keep a dream journal which aids me in remembering dreams. But I'm aware that there are its pros and cons I'm just starting this thread to raise this question: what method should I try getting to sleep a good amount of time after I smoke and are there any other smokers out there that have tips to maintain the RC's and ADA?
