Hello, |
|
I forgot to add they also contain ingredients such as vitamin b-6, L-tyrosine, and L-tryptophan. |
|
I don't have any experience with these supplements but I will ask someone on your behalf. |
|
Thank you, that would be very helpful |
|
Ohhhh please be careful with l-dopa, it's a very potent anti parkinsons drug that has very nasty and IRREVERSIBLE side effects, which they don't tell you are irreversible. |

Thanks for being concerned, I always do extensive research on every supplement or drug before I plan on taking it. The company that sells Alpha Brain and New Mood seems to be very reliable and guarantees safety in all of their products. There is a video of Joe Rogan on the website also telling about how effective Alpha Brain was and how it made him have crazy dreams as well. They said you should be fine taking their products as long as you don't take anything else that has a lot of choline in it. I've also emailed them personally asking more about safety and they said taking their products with daily supplements such as multi's, protein, amino acids, and fish oil is fine too. If your taking specially prescribed medication I would definitely ask a doctor first but otherwise I'm pretty sure their products are safe with most stuff. I'm also not a doctor though so don't rely on what I say and always do your own research and talk to a doctor before you take anything! I've also decided not to take MP bullet proof because it has a lot of the same ingredients as Alpha brain and New Mood and isn't worth taking the risk. I wanted to post links to make it easier and show the ingredients and dosages each of these have in them but I guess I can't only being a member for 3 days. If you want to see whats in Alpha Brain and New Mood go to onnit.com and all the info should be there. For MP bullet proof go to bodybuilding.com and search for it. I'm pretty sure most people know what calea does. I'm excited to take these 2 products considering they have lots of high profile ingredients that I've heard help with lucid dreaming and recall! |
|
Also if you plan on taking Alpha Brain or New Mood they said you should cycle them by taking them only 5 days a week and every 3 months take a 1-2 week break. They said its just always safe to cycle these types of products just to make sure you don't become dependent on them. They are also both pretty expensive but if you have the money its worth trying since they offer a 100% money back guarantee on the first bottle. Hopefully this helps people looking for something to help with lucid dreaming. |

Cool dreamchasher, good luck and my you find the right combo for you. I thought you had prescription strength L-Dopa which is really nasty stuff for the poor people who actually have to take it with Parkinson's Disease. |

I heard mixed about Calea-Zachatechichi. I heard some negative stuff about it and positive. Its legal to buy in the USA except for Louisanna. Louisanna it is illegal to buy or sell or consume. It seems to be a natural plant. Personally I'd stay away from anything you have to smoke (esp for dream enhancers). It can lead to bad habits and an addiction to want to smoke other "stuff" to acheive a dream high. I seen someone demostrate himself smoking it before bed to enhance a lucid dream, and I swear it looked like a cheaper legal form of pot. Ive seen Calea in mostly smoke form. Make sure its pure in tablet form...and from a natural known USA-FDA approved company if you buy the tablets. Ive been seeing some "homegrown" websites trying to sell it in smoke or liqued form, even on Amazon, or companies Ive never heard of. Stay away from those. People have a tendecy to not know what they're doing and mix other junk with their products (or do it on purpose) which can be deadly to the brain. Happens all the time here in Los Angeles when people try and get "experimental" with stuff they shouldn't be touching. So buy from a known company...stay away from that smoking stuff of it...and go from there. |

Thanks weather and no I don't that explains you being so concerned. Ace55, The company I got my capsules from was Shaman Gardens and from what I've heard they are a very reliable and safe place to get stuff from. I've recently tried the Calea Zachatechichi by taking 2 of the 250mg capsules right before bed without any other lucid dreaming aids. Soon after ingesting them I started to feel more drowsy and I noticed images were popping up in my head. After about 20 minutes or so I went to bed and as soon as I closed my eyes I could feel myself drifting into that "dream state" but could never transfer over to it. I had a very hard time sleeping that night and woke up every couple hours or so. I've heard calea can do that to some people but it could've been me just being a little to anxious trying it out that night. So I ended up waking up exhausted with no recalls of any dreams but a little afternoon nap took care of that |

FYI, Joe Rogan is a funny dude. He's also an experienced drug user and has an awesome radio show on Sirius-XM. I could listen to him all day long. However, I'm not sure he's the guy I'm going to take safety advice from. |

Spoiler for Dream Goals:
I agree with you on that. I won't necessarily listen to any claims he has to make regarding safety but its cool to know he's had some good experiences taking the product. |
