If you're in a hurry, just read question section.
Intro:
At the top of this forum section, there's a sticky called "Audio Aid Repository". Link: http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/audio-...ository-55276/
Theory is, if one listens to one of the mp3 tracks right before bed, then goes straight to bed, one should realise they are dreaming when dreaming and perform a reality check.
Results:
I downloaded the mp3 tracks, listened to one of them (25 minutes) with the lights off and eyes shut. After the track ended, I took my headphones off. I drank a lot of water hoping the need for going to the toilet would make me wake up. Then I crawled straight into bed. (This was around 0:20 AM). I then woke up at 10:00 AM, the water didn't make me wake up earlier as planned.
I remember one dream from the night clearly, but it wasn't lucid. I could have become Lucid earlier in the sleep but not awakening and recording on paper what I witnessed must have made me forget the dream.
Question:
Should I try listening to one of the "Lucid Induction" mp3 tracks again just before bed, drink lots of water, go straight to bed and simply set the alarm to a certain hour so I can remember a dream, possibly lucid dream?
If I go to bed at 00:00 I am asleep at 00:30. This means I should set the alarm clock to 03:30, right?
Cheers.
