      Magic Energy drink

Ok so I'm drinking an energy drink during the day which has:

      Riboflavin (Vit b2) 0.7mg/50% RDA
      Niacin (Vit b3) 8.5mg/53% RDA
      Vitamin B6 0.8mg/57% RDA
      Vitamin B12 2.5 ug/100% RDA

What will this beast do to my dreams?

Some say that it will improve dream recall. I didn't have much luck with the B vitamin group.

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...

yea I agree with n00b, it probably won't do much. At least with the main one I know B6, most people take the pills by the 100mg size, which is 5000% RDA, and some need more than 100mg to have an effect but these high doses are sometimes toxic if you do it every day so be careful. Also if you're drinking it early in the day (hopefully you aren't taking it right before bed ) it would probably leave your system before going to sleep. From what I've heard taking the B pills is most effective during WBTB so if you drink it during the day I doubt it will have an effect later at night, but you can try and see.

I am afraid this is not enough. Moreover you can't drink it before sleep or WBTB (unless you are extremely resistant to other substances eg. caffeine). Try B vitamin pills instead.
