Is it possible to help your body heal in dreams?

I have plenty of pain in my joints and body.

Sure, some people believe only dr's and surgeons heal but other's of us belieeve in natural healing. Well i do.

I wonder if eating right and supllementing and then being positive , if i can heal some of my body in a dream.

anybody else , for example anyone here someone who dr's said there is no solution for your pain, and you used dreams to heal?

Haven't done it myself but read anecdotes about it in the book by Robert Waggoner. Considering how often you see how faith and positivity have helped people, I think dreaming can definitely help too.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.

I would say yes, definately. The power of you mind is incredible. For instace, there was a man who had a really bad car crash, was completely paralysed and told he would never walk again. The man ignored what the doctor had said and told himself he would get out of there by christmas. Sure enough, using positive thinking and belief that he could do it, he got out exactly when he had aimed to.
If you have the power of lucid dreams on your side positive thinking and belief can be taken to a new level, because if you can control your dreams you can trick part of your mind into thinking you are fine and the rest of your body wil ltake care of the recovery.
My advise is do it! Think positively and use your dreams to heal yourself. Good luck!

This is a very interesting idea. I would like to see some actual research done on it. Maybe I'll try a few experiments myself, if I could ever stick with it. I do believe in the subconscious having a level of control over the body's physiology, so I don't see why there wouldn't be some degree of plausibility in this.
