Thread: Was this an OBE?

A few months ago, I was trying to take a nap on the carpet in my room, and my little sister was there playing video games on the TV. As I was in that moment of blanking out before I fell asleep, my sister lost the game. She slapped my back and said "Give me a break!" So, I woke up. Then, I realized, before she did that, I felt paralyzed in the same position I was in, but the ground was floating away from me. So, was this an actual OBE? My dad believed me, he said he had a friend who could perform astral projection at will. Any help with acheiving more OBEs or even astral projection would be appreciated. Thank you!
