Dear Man of Shred

I just finished watching the Star Trek Next Generation episode where a boy is the only survivor rescued by data from a ship on tv.
The boy imitates his hero data.
The same thing that destroyed the other ship begins destroying the Star Ship Enterprize.
The boy remembers that all the commands to divert more and more power to the shields is what they were saying aboard his ship as it was being ripped apart.
Data commands the captain to lower shields. It is suicidal but they lower shields.
It was an harmonic, Caused by the shields that was "thumping" the ship.
If the shields were not lowered the harmonic would have torn the Enterprize apart because after the last "thump" they diverted all available energy from the warp core.
I am wondering that something similar happens in shared dreaming when folks fight and shield (???).
When they lowered the shields the harmonic (that was 3 seconds away) faded to nothing.
I also think there is better way to successfully share dream.
I'm not saying that I know what that better way is. Just recon that there is one.

People have talked about Dreamwalkers vs Nightstalkers. Though much of it is made up (the only time i have ever heard of a nightstalker and dreamwalker, is people posting randomly on lucid dreaming forums with topics such as "Ever heard of the nightstalkers/dreamwalkers?"). The potential for such a reality may exist.
People have been into the other aspects of lucid dreaming (shared dreams) for years. They have done so in secret. Maybe of them started reading Carlos Castaneda and started many of their ideas from there. Some of them came from the russian dreamhacking group.
anyway these forums are invitation only and mostly filled with bent individuals who practice dream sharing as a means of power over other people.
They are like the annoying 12 year old prodigies of games like Halo online, they will always try to dominate and scare you. Why? because they can, and because they think they are the only ones who practice the art.
So, when Nomad and Raven knight came onto the scene with bringing shared dreams public, A handful of people were sent to this site first to try to debunk them... and failed.
Then another couple people were sent claiming to be experts on shared dreaming, and tried to scare away other people by saying that sharing dreams cause all involved to eventually lose the ability to have lucid dreams. Which is BS! because for a year now all three of us have been sharing dreams regularly and we all still have lucid dreams.
Some of people that are classified as nightstalkers, have simply learned it on their own.
There are a number of people who are sitting on a wealth of knowledge pertaining to shared dreams and it's applications, but they have decided to keep it secret.
Why?
Some will only reveal what they know in half truths when they are making money off someone learning it. If they were to reveal their true dreaming abilities they wouldn't be as strong on the dream plane because others would learn it and defeat them.
How to identify these people when dreaming:
If you have repeated dreams of being attacked by someone, it is probably one of these people. Even if they appear different in every dream, trust your feeling of that person.
A self proclaimed guru came to attack me in dreams for months on end. sometimes he looked like himself, other times he looked like JD rockefeller, other times he was a judge, etc, but every time i felt it was the same person.
always trust your first instincts when waking up from such dreams.
Arsenal of the nightstalker:
1: Dark Energy cloak. These people usually try to hide their identity by surrounding themselves with a dark cloak,. They give off the appearance of shadow beings, but instead they have human eyes. With their cloak they can grab something from you with dark hands that come from their cloak. They can send that energy into dream characters and take control of them to attack you. To distinguish between a shadow being: Shadow beings usually wrap around you like a blanket and suck your energy, not attack from a distance.
2. Light body: They may just be a shape you can't see they can move into Dc's to attack you. If you run they teleport inside the next DC and attack you that way.
3: Illusion: They can manipulate what you see in a dream to give you a nightmare. This is usually used against me to make it look like my dream wife Asuka is attacking me, or hates me. If you aren't sure what you are seeing is real, check if the image you are seeing has an energetic signature, if it doesn't have any energy learn to dispel the illusion. if you aren't clear on how to do this, ask your dream guide.
4: Sending loads of DCs to attack you or hiring other dark entities to attack you to try to get what they want from you.
5: Attacking in different dimensions: They may pull you into several dreams at once and attack you in different ways. This makes it hard to identify your attacker, because you wake up thinking: was I attacked by a bear, dragon, or a man in a trench coat?
6: Infecting your astral body: sometimes done by infecting you with negative energies, or infecting astral ticks with dark energy and putting them into you. Sometimes to mask their appearance they will project false dream images into your mind.
There are also loads of other ways they attack you.
shared dreaming sounds pretty scary right?
I admit it's not for the feint of heart but you can always defend yourself.
I have written many tutorials. in many of them I talk about the essence technique. Which is basically locking onto an energy signature and changing the dream. Well, if you want personal dream fighting allies and trainers try the essence technique to find them. They can live in your inner world and help you there. Much of the training takes place in the deep dream state, even if you don't remember, your dream self still has the skill. you may find yourself in non lucid dreams using such powers to your delight.
When figuring out who is attacking you and how to handle it, use the help of your dream allies, or have a few other shared dreamers to help coordinate a plan on what to do about it. Not only does this help you, but it gives your friends some pretty awesome battle dreams!
Now to the Etiquette part:
1: Never attack another dreamer for personal gain, but instead help others which will help you.
2. Do everything in self defense. Rarely go to seek revenge. Seeking revenge will only infuriate the nightstalker further and make them attack and annoy you even more... unless you like that sort of thing. The more you learn self defense, the more stronger you become, the more stronger you become the less you will get picked on.
3. Lend a helping hand to many a dreamer or other entities, you never know who will become your ally on the dream plane. More allies: better defense, and better coordinate plans when you are attacked.
As you probably know I believe that we are one-being in billions of different bodies throughout the time-space continuum.
