On another note: alumni is ALWAYS mispronounced or misused. Alumnus is a single male, Alumna is a single female, Alumnae (sounds like "eye" at the end) is a group of all females, and Alumni (sounds like the letter "e" at the end) is a group with at least one male. The 'i' at the end is a long i, not short as is assumed. With the pronunciation I hear every single time, the person is referring to a group consisting of females ONLY. Supremely irksome.
