      Daily Meals

      Why is there a set schedule dictating when I'm supposed to eat my meals? ie: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Who came along and decided to make a universal 3-meals-a-day rule? Well, how come we can't have like 7 smaller meals per day?

      Some people are supposed to eat smaller meals throughout the day.
      I'm one of those. I'm supposed to eat about 6 times a day but I'm lucky to eat twice lol

      As for who came up with the original tradition... I have no idea

      What I would like to know is why some people call dinner their mid-day meal. That's supposed to be lunch

      Well, it's easier to set aside a time for each one of the three meals, as opposed to seven.
