TBH, I consider it art, especially since it's an album cover.
I personally think it's beautiful and disturbing, there's something about it.
I'm sure someone's going to disagree with me, but for now I've put it in a spoiler. Someone may come along and remove it soon though, I'll ask about it.
EDIT: For now, we're making an exception since it IS album cover art. If one of the guys higher up decides to remove it, then respect their decision. For future reference that should be put within a spoiler, it is graphic material.
