Thread: My favorite part of winter is putting plastic up on my windows

Ugh. I hate winter because of all the cold that leaks in. Thankfully the windows don't need plastic, but whoever built this house did a shoddy job on choosing my rooftop door. It's some hollow-wood door not meant to keep the weather out, so I have to seal off the cracks with foam, cover it in plastic followed by a sheet or two, and stuff towels by the bottom. I've had a ton of snow leak in the bottom before.
This year I ended up putting a thick foam sheet in the doorway outside, so now I can't even open it.

I hate ohio.

I fucking love every aspect of winter. The bitter cold and numbing snow are almost physical poetry. Even the sucky things, like shoveling the driveway and cleaning my mom's windshield. I fucking love winter.
