      Does MILD or autosuggestion help with things other than lucid dreaming?

      Ok I read in one of my answers that if you go around telling yourself something you want to do you will eventually pick up on it? Like. . .

      I will like math
      I will remember (something)
      I will get better grades

      Will it work?
