I assume I, as in my muscle, taste like pork. That's the description most cannibals give to human flesh, and we are surprisingly similar to pigs in biological composition and how we react physically to most things.

As for my skin, I usually taste sort of salty from evaporated sweat, with kind of a rotting sweetness and, every so often, a sort of briny oceanic undertone. Unless I have been ill, then my skin smells and tastes either like the scent of lilacs or like vomit.

Salty but sometimes a bit sweet.
