I instituted one for Clairity when I was an admin. There's a folder in the admin panel that you'd have to add one to with a tag. |

does anyone know how to make costume user smileys? i think it would be a good idea, like clairity's
. maybe everyone can make their own, and the have there name as the base, for instance maybe a catgirl would be :slayer:
