A trapeze artist that took his cues from the organist for when to start, reach and land, fell to his death. The organist has purposely changed the tempo in mid-act as to throw him off.

It is a pointless riddle since there are multiple answers.

I'm a firm believer that the best riddles seem obvious after you hear the answer, no matter how stumped you were before hand.

I've heard that one before but instead it is a chair and a mirror...or a piece of chalk, etc.

I have another but requires pen and paper.

Rules:
- Put a line through all 9 dots
- You must only make 4 straight lines
- You must not lift your pen off the paper
- You cannot double back on yourself
- The 4 lines must be joint

I will use North South East West for directions. Dots are numbered like on a keyboard num-pad.

Start with 7. Make a line going SE down through 5 ending on 3. Then make a line going North through 6 and 9, and finishing one 'unit' above 9 (where the asterisk is on most keyboards). From there, go SW through 8 and 4, finishing one unit West of 1 (where the \ key is on most keyboards). Then finally go East through 1 and finishing on 2.
