If the world was formed into one goverment and you where the leader, how would you shape the world. I would firstly try to find ways of developing carbon emmision free wasy of transport, force people to use solar panels, create thousands of wind turbines along the coasts of countries, put loads of money into space programs, developing ways to use the rocks on the moon as a recourse.
Start plans to send men to mars.
