Today I pledge to myself that I will start writing down my dreams again. I miss doing it and I have so much more to bring to the table now in terms of eloquence and literacy. I just hope the PTSD nightmares stay at bay. Who knows, maybe writing stuff down will help. Maybe if I can lucid dream again it will help. It worked when I was young.
