      This IS my sandwich, with minor modifications.

      I use Helman's instead of 'mayo', and melted cheddar instead of shredded mix. I also use three slices of toast (more surfaces to put stuff on and prevents stuff from falling out) and I skip the peppers.

      Oh and if someone's cooking bacon...
