Well, it's not like post counts are really important. I vote to keep it partly just because. I think it's funny when people try to work out why their post count isn't going up :-). I think it's worth having it there just as something to find out, and realise why it's done.

He's been here since 2003. And he's been an active member through that whole time.

He's also an admin who can manipulate post counts

The main reason of why I think that senseless banter posts should not be included is the sheer reason that a member could simply "Spam" there way to a very large post count and not necessarily earn them by posting a rather meaningful post and while some posts in the senseless banter thread may be on the topic and meaningful it is my opinion that the vast majority of them are not.

You guys are missing the point, making SB posts count would augment your post count, a lot. This is cool and would therefore make you look cooler and dramatically increase the size of your e-phallus.

I always remember that thread where someone decided to be a bit of a rebel and start a "here's a way to legally increase your post count" thread... in senseless
He was like "Hey guys, just post whatever you like, and increase your post count!!! It has to be allowed, cos it's in senseless banter!!"

My post count would be a helluva lot bigger if posts from here counted as well
