It's too much of an exageration, as usual, but anyway the point is it can bring more benefits to one than negative effects. Besides it is a lucid dream and you are the one who decided to do that, so you could decide to have that happen or to just have a normal dream. It would be a cool thing to do, you could also haunt dumb people...
