PLEASE RESPOND, I'VE GOT A BIG MENTAL PROBLEM WITH THIS......

I've got a "ganglion cyst"(i'll call it GC) now i understoud it must be removed... operatively now you MUST understand: i am afraid like i'm afraid of death (and you can't even begin to imagine how much i'm afraid of THAT )
AND: you must understand (also) that i have had not a single surgery so i'm even more afraid... (i even faint after an injection )

what a GC is: a "blatter" filled with fluid and cells, its on the top of my hand, close to my wrist, (looks like a swelling)

and for those who had it already or those with great knowledge :

what can be done about it?

is it a "positive" tumor?

IF it has to be removed : what kind of "surgery" will i get?

AND to those who have been <don't know the word> (when a wound is closed by needle&"wire" (f*ck my english)): how does it feel when it gets "pulled out"?
