      Seriously? You really think your SUBJECTIVE experience trumps a scientific study?

      And it's effects are not similar to caffeine at all.
      Sugar gives you energy. For a very short time. (Doesn't = hyperactive)
      Caffeine stimulates your Central Nervous System.

      YES! Which is why I said SIMILAR. Sugar DOES give you energy, and its a roller coaster downwards after that. I've seen it in myself, and so many other people.
