Tonight I'll begin with it. I played some rounds yesterday but not directly before bed...and last night, I didn't even have a dream I could recall |

I didn't recall anything at all last night either lol. But I didn't play the game. I do think it can help because it should make you more aware. It's funny to finaly find the things you don't notice in those images. A lot of times you were looking straight at them. |

I wonder how much should be controlled: how many rounds do we play a night, or does it matter? Does it have to be the only thing we're doing at a time, or could I be Skyping with friends at the same time? Is it the absolute last thing we do before going to bed? |

Kael that's what we are looking at. I think you should be fine to skype. As for it being the last thing before you go to bed. I say experiment see what works for you. The number of rounds is the same story. If we see results the process will be more refined. |

Good stuff I'll be getting back into the testing tomarow night because I'm feeling better. The main goal is not how far you get in the game but how aware you are/getting lucid. Although I do like the posts saying what levels you played. |
