Basically this is a form of WILDing.
Step 1) Relaxation
How this can be done is by sitting in a cross leg position for half an hour or less before you go to bed. While in this position you should pick a spot on the ceiling (only move your eyes while keeping your head straight) and notice every detail about it and concentrate completely on this spot. You could also keep your hand in the air and say that you will not fall into a dream until your hand comes down, plus your hand is a great thing to concentrate on.
Step 2) Induction
Your mind should be a bit less crowded now, this is the time that you want to go to bed. Find a comfortable position preferably on the back with the arms to the side. Now comes the part where you must bring 3 lines into your imagination and nothing more. This is the key, it is now time to try to align these 3 lines and once accomplished keep them there that is until you enter Sleep Paralysis or begin to see Hypnagogic Images focus on those lines for as long as possible.
Step 3) Entering Dream World
This is where I first had troubles trying to make a technique I always just fell into a non-lucid right at this point. However, once I created a door out of the the three lines. It was a triangle door, and I used it to enter a dream anything you could want could be behind that door and all that is required to go there is belief.
Step 4) Stabilization
Obviously to make a dream better you may want to do some reality checks and what not to enhance the experience, before taking off to explore and create.
and that is it my own personal technique which I have enjoyed sharing and would love to hear if this works for anyone else.
