Yeah you could do that, or just stare at the RC and try to make it dissapear or something.\

Bolo, the point of doing these RCs so often is to create a constant state of awarness after a while. If you read my original post, you'll see that you don't have to RC every 5 minutes 24/7 for the rest of your life. Once you get used to RC-ing at such a constant rate, you will begin to develope full-awarness, and will always subconsciously be looking for dream signs. That way, once you're in a dream, it will be obvious to you that you're dreaming because you will so used to observing everything so meticulously.

Hi Maverick!, it's you (changed your name ha?)

I totally agree with you that the point is to develop "full-awareness", However, I think that in order to do so, you need to REMEMBER by yourself, and not use an alarm clock..... As I mentioned, when I did this, and had to remember something all day long, I started feeling awesome sensations... as if I'm Lucid during the day.... But I never RCed in my dreams... It was my WILDing ability that had increased!

When I use an alarm clock every 5 mins I become absentminded and I get no results.... You have to practice being aware and remembering.....

I bet you could even pray to Osiris every 5 mins and get the same results

Also I would like to give another tip -

It will be much harder to implement this method if you're obsessively thinking about something else (e.g your girlfriend dumped you and you can't stop thinking about it , or you're addicted to a computer game and think about it 24/7, or you have a massive project at job etc...), so you kinda need to have a mighty uterus or a great set of balls
