I'm trying to find out if DHA could play any role in improving dream recall, clarity and lucidity.

You will need: fish oil pills and a way of measuring time.
Posting Guidelines:
Reserve reply-spaces for results. For 3 days, you will record a control period (without DHA) and for the following 3 days you will record the DHA results.
State how much DHA you had (in mg), how you took it (fish, oil, pills etc.), and how long before sleeping you took it.
For rating the dreams, I'll set a standard.


Remember, stick to the same amount of DHA each day!
