A while ago I started a research project on lucid dreaming, but seeing as I am in a dry spell at the moment I wasn't getting many results, so I decided to bring it to the forums.

My Research Project

Everyone is thinking up fancy new techniques named with confusing acronyms, but I thought why not just figure out how to do the basic techniques better, and with more efficiency.

Basically, I want to know after 5-6 hours of sleep, what is the optimal time for staying awake before going back to bed and performing a regular WBTB or a MILD.

When (if ) you post your results indicate: how long you slept before waking up, your method of awakening, how long you were awake for before going back to sleep, method of inducing lucidity, and any other information that you think might be relevant.


I'd be eternally grateful if anyone could post results seeing as my project is due next week... procrastination ><
