Thread: Vivid dreaming study

Hello everyone! I am going to be quick so i need all the data i can get for this survey.

*1) Do you keep a dream journal?
2) Tell me a 1, 2 or a 3 depending on how much focus you put on deciphering the meaning of your dreams.

1: I don't give a damn about the meaning my dreams
2: I care about the meaning of my dreams, but I sometimes actively try to find the meaning in them

3: I am actively searching for the meaning of my dreams, my dreams tell me a lot about myself and I recognize them as important lessons.

3) How vivid are your dreams? (Not vivid, semi-vivid, heavily vivid)*
