I'd like to hear about some experiences with zinc supplements. If you've taken zinc, please post how it affected your dreams and sleep. Post anything that might be helpful to someone considering taking zinc supplements. Things that it might affect:

dream recall
dream vividness
sleep quality
insomnia
physical side effects (pain, cramps, etc)
mental side effects
awareness

Also post how much (mg) and how often you take zinc. If you have experience with other supplements, you may post comparisons whether they be better or worse than zinc.
