Hello all 
Well I had a little spare cash so I baught a few well known supplements to help with lucid dreaming and obe's .
I got some 5HTP , choline ,melatonin , galantamime , and I was wondering which would be the best combo for ataining lucidity . Or should i I just take them all?
I used to lucid dream all the time , but these past few months I have been really struggling ;(
Also meditating about 2 hours aday to improve focus and concentration , 1 hour and night 1 hour in the morning .
