Which supplements to use for lucid dreaming?

Hello all :cheeky:

Well I had a little spare cash so I baught a few well known supplements to help with lucid dreaming and obe's .

I got some 5HTP , choline ,melatonin , galantamime , and I was wondering which would be the best combo for ataining lucidity . Or should i I just take them all?

I used to lucid dream all the time , but these past few months I have been really struggling ;(
Also meditating about 2 hours aday to improve focus and concentration , 1 hour and night 1 hour in the morning .

Lol be careful with all those supplements! You don't want to just start taking them willy nilly - some of them nullify others and they need to be taken at the right times or they won't work.

Look up Thomas Yuschak's book Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements and learn all about the various supplements and how to use them in combination. If you search around you can find it online as a PDF. Just as a preview I'll tell you this much - you do not take galantamine when you first go to bed - wait till you've had a good 4 or 5 hours of sleep and do it during a WBTB or for a DEILD attempt. Most people find it best to take it as soon as you wake up and then try to immediately get back to sleep because it has a slight stimulant effect when it starts to kick in and can keep you up if you're not already out. The choline you would take at the same time as galantamine. Does your galantamine already have choline in it? Some formulas do some don't.

Also, unless you managed to get ahold of some kind of micro-dose of mealatonin then the dosage is probably way too high for lucid deaming purposes. You want just enough to supress REM for a couple of hours so you get a REM reboud effect on your WBTB (or whatever) but still allow REM afterwards. The way to do that is to cut the pill up into pieces.

Thanks a lot for replying and the information you provided , and nope the galantamime doesn't have any choline in it, oh yeah my melatonin is prob a tad too high ....10 mg lmao ...il pass on that then.

I recently bought some melatonin. Don't remember dreams after 3mg, while 1mg seems good. Needs more testing though.

I've had a lot of luck with the nootropic Aniracetam which binds to the 5-HTP(2a) receptor site. It seems that choline sources like choline citrate significantly enhance the vividness of my dreams while Aniracetam increases my chances of becoming lucid. An analogue known as Piracetam is sometimes used as a lucid dream supplement, but I find Aniracetam is much more effective. It's worth mentioning.

Many drugs of the Racetam class are widely available online and available by prescription in Europe. There's many vendors, but my favorites are:

If you wish to experiment as an LD aid, then you must ingest an hour prior to sleep. If you're using Aniracetam, then you must consume some food prior because it's a fat-soluble drug. If you were to use Piracetam; food ingestion wouldn't be necessary due to its water-soluble nature. I found Pramiracetam has some interesting effects on dreams as well; it increases the possibility of lucidity but it tends to influence apathy.
