Post The "Inception" Technique - Experiment - all are welcome!

THE TECHNIQUE CAN BE FOUND HERE - http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/incept...d-true-104652/

Alright, so this is the first time I've tried something like this, so bear with me as I might not be very good at it. I found a technique in the Attaining Lucidity forum (link is above) and reading the thread I found that, despite its simple, placebo-like appearance, it seemed to be actually generating results. While not everyone reported having lucid dreams, many said the technique gave them much more vivid dreams than normal. So I thought, what if I had some DV members try the technique and record their results to see if it really did work?

To that end, I have created an Excel spreadsheet where you can record your activities with using the technique and the results it gives. I also ask for your gender and age, just in case there ends up being a correlation with those. Anyone who wants to participate is welcome. The spreadsheet containing an empty data table is attached to this post.

All you need to do is, every day for a week or so (do it for as many, or as few, days as you want), record on which hand you wore the bracelet described in the technique (if you wore it at all - remember, we're looking to see if wearing the bracelet yields any better results than not wearing it) and how you secured it to your wrist. Also record how many hours you slept that night. Then tell how many total dreams you remembered and how many of those were lucid. If you did a WBTB, briefly describe it (how long after you went to bed, how long you stayed up, etc).

When you think you've got enough data recorded, attach your spreadsheet to a post so I can save all the data (say in your post that you attached it, otherwise I might forget to look). When I've got enough, I'll look through it and hopefully post the results soon (though I'm a busy man, so it may take a few days to get through it all).

So... that's it. Knock yourselves out. Once again, the technique can be found here - http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/incept...d-true-104652/
