Thread: Prayer Box...

Just like it sounds, this is a thread for peopel to put requests in for prayers about something in thier life, (or someone elses life, or just life in genreal,) they desire prayer about.

WHO THIS THREAD IS FOR AND WHAT IT DOES...

1.) Those who want to be prayed for. They can either ask for prayer about a specific thing in thier life and describe said thing, request general prayer but not specify what for, or PM someone who has volunteered prayer to keep the request anonymous.

2.) Those who wish to volunteer and say that they, too, will pray for those requesting it.

WHO THIS THREAD IS NOT FOR AND WHAT IT DOES NOT DO...

1.) This is not a debate thread. Anyone who thinks that prayer is illogical, childish, or useless needs to stay off this thread or keep silent.

2.) No links to things or videos that demean, belittle, or otherwise attack the concept of God or prayer.

3.) I have never reported soemone for anything, but I want posters to feel safe and secure about posting here, especially since petitioning for prayer takes guts for some people anyway. I will immediatley report anyone who violates rules 1 or 2 no matter who you are.

I wish I had a thousand wishes.


Seriously now, everyone pray that I'll get laid soon, oh and also ask god for me to kick ass at the coming tests.

Which god will we be praying too?

If it's not an issue, I'll dawn me pirate garb and sing ye a manly trump in respect to his noodliness. May his noodliness favor your interests, argh.

I'll pray to my God for them. Anyone else who volunteers to pray for requesters will do so accoriding to thier own beleifs, of course.

Yeah I think we can pray to whatever god we want.

Wohoo, for first time in a long time, using quickreply didn't cause firefox to give me a blank screen. Did anybody pray for that?

please pray that my family doesn't keep falling apart, and that (although too many issues have occurred for this to happen) i can see my nephews again. i also request a prayer fo rmy friends, so that they are safe, and happy.

I pray for the people who live in hardship everyday. One small spark of happiness can make a difference from either choosing life or death.

Yes, I pray for You. You, that thinks he thinks; that thinks he is even reading; even a he; even a she.

I meditate on a specific wish to try and influence the likelihood that it will occur.

So in a way you could call that praying.

Yesterday, novembre 11, was a day when there was a global meditation for sending wishes of love and wellbeing into the world. I believe if everyone found a way to talk to the Creator in love, this would make a real change in the world.
