Yeah, it must be realised that British people love dogs (honestly) so there is a conflict there.

To be honest I don't think that most Muslims would have a problem with this. It would have been nice to see some sort of survey to back up Muslims' supposed disaproval of the advert.

The problem here is exaggeration by the "Daily Mail", as Bluefinger rightly pointed out is basically "toilet paper".

Ahh I see, but is there really an 'outrage' over this ad? Or did the media just blow it out of proportion to make us mad at islamic people furthering the hatred they have for us?

The daily mail makes me so ANGRY when I read it! It's the only paper I read though cos my grandparents always have it at their house, which is probably why they seem so depressed.

Probably blown out of proportion. It's what the media is for.

Its almost as if the media wants a war between islam and the people.
