This line would be perfectly fine if he said he wasn't here to preach or to convert or apologizing for "others" thinking they're better. This would be equivalent to me saying: "I speak the truth, in reality we are no different than each other. . . Except you [Christians] believe in a delusion and when you realize that we can all live happily together." Actually, this line isn't even as as bad as his because "be saved together" insinuates that we atheists will burn in hell if we don't.

you take a simple Apology and throw it into a meat grinder,and what do you get? a mixture of "Assumptions" on what the point and topic was really about...

one says this,one says that.. But what is it that I really met? You can only assume and "Guess" by reading my text, what my point was.. And assuming on what i met causes you to get angry... Just because I said one thing about Jesus everybody has to throw their arms up in the air and bicker....

Trust me people, we all have our issues... it doesnt matter what religion you are.. If you worship a toaster, or if you Worship Jesus.. Nobody in this life is Perfect.. We all at some point put an invisible mask over our face, to hide our true selves from society..

We at some points, put on an act toward people--we act a certain way--not acting like our true selves.. Why? Who are we impressing? We are just fooling ourselves....

Everyone is equal in God's eyes.. but today in Society.. Everybody wants to be # 1.. the Best.. Better then the person standing next to them....

People blame God for all the stuff that is going on in today's society.. but what is really going on is a little something called "Free Will" A God given Choice to all mankind.. What is Free will you might ask?

Free Will is simply: Freedom to Say no to HIS Will

The only people we have to blame for all the issues in this world today...is ourselves..

You talk about gas prices...We have enough oil in this land of america alone, to survive just fine.. No need for the war..But mankind seems to think otherwise..

Starvation in 3rd world countries...We have enough Aid to help them (We as in our Government) but we choose to turn away..

Why....

Like I said...In today's society.. It's all about being # 1....

Downgrading the person because of their beliefs.. Laughing at them because they believe something to be true...

But nobody laughs at the fact that somebody may belief in Alien Spaceships?

You ever sit back and think about why there is separation from Church and State?

You ever wonder why you couldn't worship/preach your religion in school..

think about it..

There is a STANDARD EDUCATION in America..

Meaning the schools must TEACH and STANDARD to everyone enrolled.. They teach you math, science,english...etc.. All 13 years until you graduate..

They teach you the way "They want you to be taught" the way "They want you to think"

They will even teach you that Evolution or the Big Bang Theory as FACT..

So they block all any and all religions.. to teach your mind to think a certain way.. so when it comes time to ask yourself "what are my beliefs"

You lean back on what you were taught in school..

We have all asked ourselves... Why do I need to know about this subject, when its not going to apply to my life.. Because that is the "Standard" way.. To condition the mind to think a certain way..

Wash out any and all beliefs about anything--no matter what religion--- you have a bare naked mind sitting there staring hard at a teacher...beginning at the age of 5 or less....

Now I know I am going to get a load of crud from people about what i am saying, but that is just fine.. I know what to expect as a believer.... Persecution...

You can assume what you want from my posts.. Judge me the way you want..By this time you must all think IM CRAZY because of all the things I am saying.. But that is just the way the "Conditioned" mind is to "Assume"

Oh know! The majority religion is being oppressed! 80% of our country believes Jesus is the son of God dumbass, which is not taught in school and is NOT thinking outside the box. Anything OTHER than Christianity is thinking outside the box in the US, sorry to burst your bubble on that one. Your talking about the same scientist who made you all believe that they actually landed a man on the moon--when the moon--has so much radiation and gases--that no one would be able to land on it--why--because they would die.. The russians knew you couldnt land on the moon..they werent interested in that..

Look at some of the photos sometimes of Armstrong and the American Flag-- The flag in the photo seems like its blowing the wind.. But how would that be so if there is no oxygen or air in space?

I know the moon landing might be a hoax.

I know 9/11 might be a conspiracy.

I know Christopher Columbus isn't the first person who discovered America. (its not that big of a secret)

There are so many things we cannot be sure of because we haven't been there ourselves. That is why a real logical person is not sure of anything. And knows everything has a chance of not being true. That is skeptics.

spiritofthewolf, I don't know of what Christian denomination you are, but when I uncover and see the way the world works, how we got here and what events took place in order for you to look at this computer screen, its all part of God's plan, his framework for life.

Much of science does not replace God, but rather shows how God made the universe how it is today.

When I look at the stars, and gaze upon the night sky, I think, how can God, when so genius, and almighty, made this universe just for us? Why can different beings, in the other side of the galaxy feel his blessing? Couldn't God send his words throughout the universe not only us? Why would God, who is the womb of creation himself subject himself only to our love.

The bible is an incredible work of wisdom. It brings me closer to God as I read it, and attend mass. But wasn't the purpose of God's message to give us give us hope? Wasn't Jesus sent from Our Father to show that you should treat those as you treat one another?

I believe his texts were not to be taken literally, and that science is simply uncovering his ways of crafting the fabric of space.

How can an Atheist not be saved, if he followed Jesus's ultimate comandment? To do upon those what you would want to be done upon yourself. We show our love to God, by showing love to one another.

Spread the word of the lord. But be wise, and change your context to the audience. That was the only way God's word spread to how it is today.

It shows how a man who is pure, and completly selfless without a drop of evil, would be one of the most hated men.

The ability for the human to do that, creates a shame in humanity, the fact that kindness in human form was completly rejected, sheds light upon the world, and saves peoples faiths, and teaches the story of compassion itself for the rest of human existance. (that is him dieing for our sins)
