Who cares about the christian heaven. I don't need a list to get there. I'm in heaven right now.

Heh, I get my heaven every now and then. But usually it's more shit than sugar.

Even when shit is present it cannot touch you. That's when you know your in heaven.

For one, you would have to do anal sex only before marridge. I once saw this site with 'proof' from the bible that god finds it ok to have anal sex with woman, aslong as you don't have vaginal intercourse.

Paulist and Protestant Faith Alone Doctrine would open Heaven to any sin or corruption. What do you think they mean when they say they are "Saved". They use that phrase to express the notion that they can commit any unGodly sin and still get away with it.

But the True Higher Religions do have certain escalulating standards for whatever Afterlife one would look forward to. Modern Sanskrit Metaphysics suppose a multilayered complex of afterlife alternatives, where a Heaven which retains an individual and separate consciousness would be considered a relatively low destination, but where the Supreme Goal would be to vanish as an individual into the Unity of God Consciousness. Individual personal survival is not seen as the priority that it is by Christians.

Catholics, while admitting some truth to paulist doctrines of salvation (which I am convinced is a mistake on their part) they do allow that impurities and sins are not allowed to simply waltz into Heaven. What happens to Souls that sin but regret their sins -- to those who repent and are willing to atone -- the first stop is Purgatory, where the soul goes through a process of Purification, which may not be entirely pleasant, though the results are desirable.

There is only 'one' requirement to enter into Heaven.

Basically humans are bound to sin, but the point of christianity is that if we confess our sins, and believe in Jesus Christ, jesus christ has already sacrificed himself and taken all the sins of humans upon himself. I.E. god sacrificed his only son etc...

I dont believe in this so called heaven, becuase according to religion you get in by faith not what you do good, I trust in lucifers judgement more for he judges due to sins which I believe to be much fairer

Yeah, it seems more fair to be judged on sins/good rather than faith. Of course this means that alot more people are going to be damned, so no one will want to believe it.

You do realize that Sin is just separation from God. The key is to accept that you're not perfect and that you don't get to heaven by your doing, but by God's grace. I see where Leo and you guys are coming from, with the works vs. faith thing, because I see all kinds of people who don't truly repent for their sins or want to turn away from their sinful way of life and claim they're Christians. If you truly love God and are a Christian, you wont want to sin or disobey. You can experience love in its fullest.

Saying that the devil is fair ill-founded. Satan doesn't do any judging; that's God's place and no one else's (that includes people). And again, basing acceptance into heaven on works alone is ludicrous IMO because it undermines the rest of the teachings in the Bible about God's love and divine grace. Not only that, but it's simply not possible to not sin, because the sinful thoughts and temptations will always be there, and pride, greed, etc. are still sins too. Following a set of rules that are simply actions (or lack thereof) doesn't make one any better than another. That's why Christianity is different from all other relgions.I'm nowhere near as educated as Leo in matters of religion, and a temporary stop in Purgatory to cleanse us of our sins sounds entirely plausible to me. I can't tell what religion Leo is either, since he's using third person.

I was a christian brought up by strict christians and I have to say it to me is a pile of rubbish, that is ill founded, you say christians will try to not sin again, it will never happen as their is no such thing as a perfect human or christian, and when you look at things god has murdered created genicide and much worse, and in his name atrocitys have taken place and all satan has ever done is try to stop him, so how come Satan is the root of evil then, God couldn't even defeat him it was micheal who managed to finally defeat Satan not God and yet you say he's almighty, Love is a fake emotion that people use as an excuse to sin so dont go one about that ither, but at th end of the day these are my views and so I can't choose what everyone believes but I am saying my peace.

Now, now... Going and misquoting me and the Bible won't help things. I'm sorry you feel that way, though. I never said we aren't sinless. In fact, I said the exact opposite... I don't know where you came up with such a convoluted perception God. And I don't recall there ever being an instance where God wasn't able to defeat Satan, either. You classify love as an emotion; it's not. Emotions go up and down and change constantly. Whoever told you that love is an emotion is quite mistaken. I'm also confused as to why you're saying love is "an excuse to sin." I honestly don't see the connection there.
