Hello again everyone, |

Whats the bible say about dreams? anyone know? I'd like to. |
|
I was raised Christian but now I'm an atheist. Anyhow, this belongs in the religion forum, doesn't it? |

“The sleep is still in my eyes
The dream is still in my head
I heave a sigh and sadly smile
And lie a while in bed
I wish that it might come to pass
Not fade like all my dreams” —Rush
I am going to move this in the relgion and spirituality. |

I was raised in a Protestant-type of religion by non-believers who abused me both physically and spirituality because they did not want to face their own sin. And quite contrary to the stated beliefs of their religion they believed my sin is being born. |

I was raised in a home where God was not mentioned. When I was 17 I was told the gospel of Jesus Christ. About how he died for our sins on the cross, and was resurrected 3 days later. I believed this becuase the spirit of god was upon me and it felt like absolute truth. For me it is. I hope others can humble themselves enough to accept the gift of life and follow God. There is much more to this life than money, material things, and simple pleasures of the flesh. Seek god out with all diligence. Life is much better knowing him. All I ask to unbelievers is that you keep your mind open to anything becuase all things are possible with God. Peace |

I wasn't raised as anything, my parents never pushed beliefs on me and I was never taken to Churches, or anything like that. I eventually became a "Christian," or told people I was a Christian even though I disagreed with a lot of things in the Bible that I knew about (I've never read the Bible besides revelations). I've never believed in Creationism, and I don't believe God interacts with the world at all, so my beliefs really fall more on a Deistic (if that's even the word) religion. |
