Imagine if you can ask yourself several times a day and allow your intuition to unfold and experience : « who is the experiencer ? », « who is feeling / thinking/ experiencing this ? ».. |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

I agree. Silencing the mind and gently observing can do wonders. |

I've had one 'observer' experience in my life. It was a weekend day I had off, I woke up around 1pm. A mate came to my house because he wanted to smoke some weed, so we did. However, I forgot to eat and I didn't drink. It was a bit too much for me and I went bad. I observed the world like never before, there was no biasing involved. That's what it felt like to me, it felt like I was watching a movie. Perhaps my mind was playing tricks on me, who knows. I won't forget that experience though. I quickly ate something and drank a lot of water and all was well. |

Well, drugs can surely be interesting gateways to spiritual journeys. |
