Nostradamus says :

From the sky will come a
great King of Terror.

(Mongols or Angouleme)
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck

So he says that in 1999 some King of Terror will come to Earth from the sky, I see it as a birthchart, the Anti-Christ is born in 1999, in the seventh month or in September 1999, this is supported by the famous 666 verse in the Holy Bible :

The King James Version of the Bible translates:

"And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."

When I was in Budapest in a hotelroom in 1996, there was a Holy Bible there on the table and I read a bit and came accros these lines, I understood one way or another that you had to add 666 3 times, because it says so, and then you will get the date 1998 which is very close to Nostradamus's 1999.

it is possible that the Anti-Christ was born on the solar eclipse of August 11th 1999, which is the 7th month of the Julian calender.

The Anti-Christ should be alive and well amongst us and is now 13-14 years of age.
