I'm reading Deepak Chopra's, "Everyday Immortality." The rules are simple, read each page, and when you gain insight on each statement or koan, you can go to the next page. Now I know I sound like I am rushing here, perhaps I am a little. But I also do genuinely want to grasp this, and would appreciate some alternative viewpoints to guide me.
