I've smoked DMT a number of times, but not used Ayahuasca. I'd like to one day, but I'm currently on a psychedelic hiatus, plus I'm on some medicine so I'm iffy about taking anything with MAOI activity. It's a very interesting drug.

DMT is awesome. Used in moderation of course. I've only ever smoked it though I do have the "permanant and ongoing" option of eating some any time I like.
Mescaline is cool too. I just ate some good San Pedro for the first time the other day and it was incredible. Shrooms? I laught at them after taking a heroic dose and ask if that's all they've got. LSD? The same.
A moderate dose of San Pedro pushed me down in the dirt and made fun of me. It was love at first sight.
The main thing about all of these things is that they don't put anything in your brain that's not already there. So in respecting them you have to respect yourself to tell yourself the truth. Can you do that?
I think you should probably clarify. There isn't any DMT in Ayahuasca as the vine, but most people who talk about it (at the very least, people who aren't already pretty educated about it) refer to the mixed brew, and they're not wrong either.
I haven't had the fortune to try mescaline, though I'd very much like to one day. I prefer mushrooms and LSD to DMT, personally. I feel that mushrooms speak through the same language that DMT does, with the difference being that mushrooms speak about you personally (connect you to your subconscious), while DMT speaks about the rest of the universe. LSD is more of a pleasure psychedelic, in my experience. It connects you to your desires. I guess I'm just at a point in my life where I'm looking for the personal experiences right now. DMT is wonderful and intense, but I always come out of it feeling like I've wasted my time. It's an amazing experience, but it's just not what I'm looking for. But I digress....

I'd be careful about the Nexus, the staff is fairly corrupt. They say a lot of things about vendors and members who talk about those vendors to support people who are backing them and slander people who aren't. They also seem to take out their stress on members they don't like. DMT trip reports are probably fine, especially since they're contributed by regular members. But I wouldn't pay attention to much that they say about anything but direct DMT information.
